Refunds/ Exchanges:
* Refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason.
* Once an order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* We CANNOT add on or combine any orders.
Shipping
* All packages are generally mailed out the same day if ordering before 4pm, but we say 24 to 48 hours after orders are placed. (excluded weekends & holidays) Both Christin and Kristina have other jobs and we try our best to get all orders out as fast as we can!
**When ordering Alcohol Inks, Marabu Paint, and testers craft marbling paint, PLEASE SELECT GROUND SHIPPING/ if you do not, we will have to invoice you to collect the rest of shipping Payment. these cannot Fly. Please please please select ground shipping!
* Priority packages are insured through USPS, in the event of missing or damaged items, please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at kandcglitterz@gmail.com missing or damaged items with details on within 2 days of receiving your order.
